2011 is finally here! 2010 was a trying year for many families, and plenty of people I know put their health and fitness on the backburner due to job losses and financial stress.
I'm hoping that 2011 is a better year, and I encourage everyone to start 2011 right. Give your body the break it needs after all the food, sweets, and treats you probably ate during the holidays, and drop the 5 to 10 pounds most of us gain between November and December.
