Clarify Your Value to Lose Fat Easily!

Simply put, your values are what you hold to be important in your life. Your values and your emotions are tied closely together, and your emotions move you toward behaving in a way that supports your values. Many of us are clear about our value system, but sometimes life presents conflicting choices for us, and this is where it's helpful to take a closer look at your values to root out any possible conflicting values.

Six Steps to Clarifying Your Values around Weight Loss Goals:

1. Look at your goal to lose weight and ask yourself ‘why’? Really do this! You could weigh an extra 100 or 200 pounds, and you would probably still be alive for quite some time. So what really motivates you to be leaner and healthier? Make a list of all the reasons why you want to lose weight. These answers give you a clue to your VALUES around your health and well-being, which will help you when faced with that extra piece of cake.

2. Gain clarity around your other values. Forget about health and weight loss for the moment, and just begin writing a list of what else is important to you in life.
